Customers in Pakistan may pay using:

7. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

9. Exchanges

We do not offer cash refunds for purchases.

Exchange Period

Exchange requests must be made within 21 days of the original order date.

Exchange Conditions

Products must be:

Products that have been used, worn, damaged, altered, washed, or returned without the required original packaging may not qualify for an exchange.

Price Difference

If the replacement product is more expensive than the originally purchased product, the customer must pay the difference in price.

If the replacement product is lower in value, no cash refund will be issued for the difference.

Exchange Shipping

We will bear the applicable cost of shipping for an approved exchange, subject to our exchange process and conditions.

We reserve the right to inspect returned products before approving an exchange.

10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Our standard resolution for eligible returns is an exchange in accordance with the Exchange Policy above.
