Return & Refund Policy

We do not offer cash refunds for purchases.

However, customers may request an exchange for another product, subject to our exchange conditions.

Exchanges

• Customers may request an exchange within 21 days from the order date.
• If you purchase Product A and wish to exchange it for Product B, you may return Product A and select another eligible product.
• If Product B is more expensive than Product A, you will need to pay the difference in price.
• If Product B is lower in value than Product A, the remaining amount will not be refunded in cash.
• Products must be returned in an acceptable condition and may be subject to inspection before an exchange is approved.

Important

Once an order has been exchanged, the exchanged product may not be eligible for another exchange.

Exchange requests submitted after 21 days from the order date will not be accepted.
